47 private and corporate jets whose ownership is publicly attributable — every tail verified against the FAA aircraft registry. Tap a name for their jets, flights and CO2. Trails colored by altitude: green low, red high.

Every aircraft here broadcasts its own position unencrypted; volunteer receiver networks (adsb.lol) re-publish it. We plot what is already public and attribute owners only from public records — FAA registry LLC names or widely-published reporting. Positions update every 30 seconds.

How the CO₂ numbers are made

CO₂ per flight = flight hours × the jet's representative cruise fuel burn (gallons/hour, manufacturer-published) × 9.57 kg CO₂ per gallon of Jet-A (EPA combustion factor). Actual burn varies ±10–15% with payload, winds and altitude — treat these as fuel-economy-sticker numbers: honest for comparison, not audited carbon accounting. A Gulfstream G650ER at cruise emits roughly 4.6 tonnes of CO₂ per hour — about what the average US car emits in a year, every two hours of flight.

Register basis: "LLC" = the FAA registrant is an entity publicly linked to the owner (e.g. Cactus Jack Airlines LLC). "Reported" = trustee-registered; attribution from widely-published reporting. We list only aircraft present in the current FAA registry — stale attributions are removed, not kept for clicks. Ownership can change before registries update; tell us if something is wrong.
